'The Last of Us' is overrated. (Relax, it's just an opinion)

Just completed 'The Last of Us.' It wasn't awesome but still a very good & enjoyable game. Knowing the speakers of my TV got fucked long time ago, I wish I had used my headphones sooner because I just did that with the last part of the game & the whole experience was different. Couldn't hear music & many other important sounds through the TV speakers. But that's not the reason that the game wasn't awesome. The game had these repetitive parts. The characters weren't that lovable. Ellie was likeable & Joel too I guess but I didn't really feel that they are cool characters. The story progression was slow given the length of the game. Some stealth parts were good but there weren't many stealth options. There were no tutorials for certain things that I thought were important. I liked the ending though. My game of the year is still 'God of War: Ascension.'

Da Vinci's Demons -

OK, I just happen(ed?) to see "Da Vince's Demons" and it was all good except for the fact that the main character (Leonardo Da Vince) is portrayed as a straight man. I really hated this. I know it's not 100 % confirmed that he was gay but they should have showed him at least as a bisexual if not gay. It's a big budget TV Show so I believe the stupid mainstream audience & the director &/or writers probably think it's unwise to make the main character gay in a big show.  The shitty thing is the only character showed as gay is shown as evil in the beginning. Even if he's not evil, he gets killed early on. Thanks to homophobic audience and pussy directors and writers, gay people are widely ignored. If they wanted to show straight sex to straight audience they could have done that with Leo's friends. Why make Leo attracted to girls only, I don't understand. Or maybe I do. I don't know if I should continue watching it.

Comic and Game

WTF??? Just read Talon #7. What the hell, man?
Spoilers:
First of all I hadn't liked the way that chic entered this book but it wasn't that bad. Then I hated the way they made Sebastian Clark evil. This doesn't seem planned if you've read the previous issues. It seemed like he was going to help Calvin take out the talons one by one and they just changed the story at the last minute and now this? Bane kills Calvin Rose??? He manages to break free from Batman's "inescapable" cuffs but Bane kills him like it was just a tree branch. I don't want to hate this comic but worse things keep happening. There could have been other twists but twists here are just senseless.

I've stopped playing 'The Walking Dead' I just can't decide between Carly and Doug : ( If there's any chance Carly can be my romantic partner later on, I would save her then but if not then I think I'd save Doug. I like them both though Carly can get too serious at times. I like the way she looks sideways. That's beautiful but Doug is cool too. I like him both ways as a straight guy liking a cool guy and as a gay guy liking a cute guy since I'm bi : P If there was an option of both being a romantic option later on, I'd choose Doug. But this is not Dragon Age. I know I can choose one and then the other in the next playthrough but I don't think I'd be playing this game anytime soon after I complete it. It's cool but I would hate to see Shawn dying again and again etc etc. So I've stopped since one or two weeks...

Want to play Injustice so bad.

BTW, Superman looked hot in beard in Justice League 19. But it was a fake beard. Wish he grows up one, if he can. He looks really hot in beard.

Impresions on God of War: Ascension

Alright, I completed God of War: Ascension. It was an awesome game. Another epic game in the series. The last boss battle was really epic. Almost as epic as Cronos fight from GOW3. The first boss made the game 9/10 for me quickly. It took time to get accustomed to the new controls however but once I did, they actually made more sense for me. I liked the idea of grabbing with shoulder buttons and reserving the face buttons for punches and kicks (I mean circle for secondary weapons instead for grabbing) The game got 10/10 for me by the time I reached the snake trains. It also got 0/10 for me when I was doing 'Trials of Archimedes' But the overall experience was great. So my overall  score would be 9/10 or maybe 9.5. I do wish there were more boss fights and some memorable music though.

I like Stig very much. Maybe even more than the new Director but wanted to make that meme for fun.

Evernote is overrated...atleast for now.

So, less than a month ago (if my memory serves me right) I got a new phone. It's HTC Desire C. I love it. It's like a mini tab. I'm going to get Google Nexus 7 soon though, but for now this phone is working like a nice tab. I've been addicted to some cool apps (recently alchemy). But what I want to post about is the app called 'Evernote' that almost everyone seems to be crazy about. OK, I downloaded it on this phone, & my desktop & installed it on my laptop too. For now, I just find it another software to jot my notes to. I don't really find it as useful as people are sucking it's big dick. The only things I think are helpful for me are, synching of files on server & putting a different kind of stuff in one place. Other than that I don't really find it that special. OK, it has this OCR thing but unfortunately, I don't have a shelf for my books, my DVDs are usually scattered & my Video Games are in different dark place, so I don't know how to use this feature. I tried photographing a business card & a handwritten note but apparently it didn't recognize the text since it didn't come up in search results. I still prefer windows notepads & words to keep huge text info. I synch them on my computer using Mesh as much as I hate microsoft. One thing that pisses me off is that when I read reviews, I notice that people tend to compare it to actual notepads & papers as if they've never used computer note pads in their entire life. "Oh, how it saves papers..." & "I don't need to keep paper scraps." or  "No more office files on the table." As if Evernote is the only way you can keep notes digitally. Now, I've made a few notes on it such as for clothes, like which shirt should go with which pair of pants but I don't really see how this would come in handy as I feel I may not even care at times about my note when I want to change into clothes after shower. I've made other notes about other stuff but I really don't see anything special happening to them. So the only good things for me for now are:
 1. Accessing notes from anywhere (sp on my cell) &
2. Putting different kinds of stuff in once place.
I think Evernote may come in handy when I'm out doing bird photography as it can keep location data, so I can remember what bird I saw where & when. But it would suck to type a lot of info on a cell. I've tried looking for examples on the internet but I haven't found any that would make me feel that Evernote is different than other notepads.
